Changes and Fixes in 0.34 release:
1. Fixed an IAX2 "Send Text" command bug
2. Added load and store default settings function in main program menu
3. Omitted receiving UDP&TCP check sum check to boost performance
4. Added Davicom DM9003 support
5. Fixed an ip fragment memory allocation bug
6. Improved G.726 32kpbs voice quality
7. Added call-waiting tone
8. Changed part of SetHighSpeed() to more detailed SetZ80Speed() function
9. Improved Speex performance

CM Series 080702 version
New functions:
1:FXO CPC function
2.BLF function
3.RC4 encryption function
4.ATA receive the registration 423 expire time too long,but don't revise the expire time,need to wait about 2minute to return the correct expire time(The standard of this server is not accord with the normal standard,This should return 401 firstly,then send 401 and 423 ,the problems caused for this server send 423 firstly.)

Changes and Fixes in PA series 1.58 release:
1. Fixed ALC202A reset bug.
2. Allow URL style number in IP to IP call.
